LITIGATION SUPPORT

Our litigation support services are sought by law firms as well as end clients seeking to influence outcomes. We create solutions that are time-sensitive and tailored to our clients’ legal strategy. Ultimately, our role is to help save time and money be it by gathering evidence to support a legal position or for leverage against opponents.

Given our grounding in public relations and media law, we are often called upon for cases involving persons of public interest, or where the details of case are of interest to the media. In such circumstances, we work closely with our client to determine how best to manage the media and, where possible, use it to our advantage. Equally, some mandates we take on are very private but nonetheless high stakes.

We provide counsel to clients globally, across a variety of sectors, and have helped our clients with a wide range of disputes, including:

  • Defamation
  • Shareholder and boardroom disputes
  • Divorce settlements
  • White collar criminal actions
  • Government enforcement actions
  • International arbitration
